Customers may return a product because of a change of mind or because the customer is not completely satisfied with the product where the product is not defective (for example, the customer placed an order by error for a product of the wrong size or colour), subject to the terms below.
Customers may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the entire order. The product shall be unused, unaltered, unwashed, unworn, and shall be in the original brand packaging with all original tags intact. The customer shall ensure that the product sent is in the same condition as it was when received by the customer and is packaged properly. This policy applies only to products which do not fall under the list of non-returnable products. Shoes must be returned in their original box. The customer shall bear all costs incurred for returning the product.
If the product is returned in an unsuitable condition and/or falls under the list of non-refundable products, we reserve the right to reject the product and may send back the product to the original shipping address at the cost of the customer. Click here for the list of non-refundable products.
Due to the complexity of our return process, please refrain from combining returns from multiple orders in one return package. Instead, request a separate return for every order made.
